How the tournament works

It all begins by selecting the best talent, aged U19, from the Game On Afrika Tournament (GOAT 2025).

The top 11 players and the best 3 players in the competition that showcase their talent, teamwork skills and consistency throughout the tournament, will win the big prize – a trip to the UK for 2 weeks. The winners will participate in a football trial and a tour of London.

Find your nearest tournament center. The tournament will start on October 4, 2025, in different states in Nigeria and regions in Ghana.

Sign-up and compete in the tournament

Sign up now to play at your nearest tournament centre — the more, the merrier! The tournament starts on October 4th, 2025. This is your chance to showcase your skills, meet other passionate players, and take the first step toward an unforgettable football journey.

Win the ultimate prize

Top talents at the Game On Afrika Tournament will win a 2-week UK trip with football trials, live EPL match tickets, and tours of iconic stadiums and landmarks across London. Winners will also play in a charity fun game and be honored with the prestigious GOAT Award 2025, celebrating the best soccer stars of African origin.

Tournament locations in Nigeria and Ghana

NIGERIA:

In Nigeria, the Game On Afrika Tournament will be hosted across the six geo-political zones, with Lagos and Abuja added as extra centres. This ensures wide participation and equal opportunity for players across the country.

The selected venues are: Imo State, Lagos State, Abuja, and Enugu State.

GHANA:

The tournament locations will be held in Four Geographical Regions, namely Greater Accra, Ashanti, Volta and Oti Regions.
